How Do I Place A Custom Order?

If you'd like to place a custom order simply email your request.

You'll then receive an email containing the price and a link to our custom order form so you can pay with this website's secure checkout.

Small custom orders (1-2 pieces) typically ship within 8 - 10 weeks of ordering.

Large custom orders (3 or more pieces) usually ship within 16 weeks.

There is a +25% up charge for larger volume expedited orders (delivery less then 16 weeks).

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified,

Delivery time in the U.S. is usually 7-10 business days.

Outside the U.S. delivery can take as long as 6 - 8 weeks.

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs charges.

* Shipping cost to the contiguous lower 48 states is included in the price of the item unless otherwise noted. On some larger items, shipping is not included due to fluctuating freight costs. Please email your address for a shipping quote.

Philomath Woodworks wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email for a return authorization. Then simply return the item in it's original unused and undamaged condition within 3 days of delivery date for a full refund minus our shipping and handling charges.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

There is no refund or exchange on sale or custom items.
